    Types of Support

    We support you through individual and family counseling sessions and group support classes, and help you to:

    • Transform Self-Limiting Beliefs, Attitudes and Behaviors
    • Let Go of Negative Emotions (such as Criticism, Irritation, Anger and Pressure)

    • Find Solutions for Peaceful Problem-Solving and Effective Communications

    Ongoing stress reduction classes and health-related support groups for patients, caregivers and friends are available.

    Learn strategies you can put into effect immediately, including Healing Imagery, Breathwork, Mindfulness Meditation and Body Awareness.

    Heart-to-Heart Health Counseling offers individual & family sessions, group support, and home and hospital visits.

    * Sessions may be reimbursable by medical insurance and/or Medicare.
